Next Lunch and Learn set for Aug. 12

The topic of employee health will be explored at the Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce’s Lunch and Learn at noon Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Chamber office, 2591 Highway 17, suite 100 in the Crossroads Center.
Sandra Elliott of Richmond Hill, owner/CEO of Georgia Game Changers Running Company, will provide tips to small-business owners on how to incorporate healthy fitness habits into their daily routine. She also will explain the benefits of various types of footwear and elaborate on how making minor adjustments in one’s daily routine can reap benefits.
Elliott, a retired U.S. Army officer and physical therapist, holds master’s degrees in physical therapy and elementary education.
