The cold temperatures didn’t stop the Richmond Hill Farmers’ Market Tuesday. People bundled up and sold their vegetables, baked goods and other goodies. Tiffany Stroud but on her coat, grabbed her camera and joined the fun. Next Tuesday is the last Farmers’ Market of the year.
