The Pembroke Garden Club had a Thanksgiving-themed meeting Nov. 18 for its regular monthly meeting at the Pembroke Community Center. The guest speaker was Scott Thompson of Thompson’s Garden Center on Hwy. 67. The club will have its annual Christmas luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 9, at the community center.
