The Richmond Hill Fire Department will participate in the “Give Burns the Boot” drive today through Saturday at Kroger and Food Lion in Richmond Hill, according to a news release.

Firefighters will be at each location to collect donations for the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation, a nonprofit organization that partners with the fire-service and burn-care community to provide fire-safety and prevention education, support medical facilities and assist burn survivors in their recovery.

The RHFD earned third place in the state during the 2014 Boot Drive.
