The South Bryan Christian ministerial Association will sponsor two opportunities for the public to participate in the National Day of Prayer on Thursday.

Cut-A-Thon Fundraiser
Come out and help Evan say goodbye to Leukemia at the Cut-A-Thon/Car Wash/Bake Sale Fundraiser taking place at The Salon on Ford Avenue in the Sawmill Plaza from 1 until 4 p.m., May 6. For updates on his progress check out Praying for Evan Facebook Page.

Spring Art Show
Arts on the Coast invites you to the Spring Art Show featuring fabulous art from local artists. The event will be held from 10 am to 2 pm, May 4 and 5, and noon to 4 pm May 6 in Richmond Hill at the Speir Brogdon Building, 2591 Highway 17, Suite 101. Dolphin Project
YOU can help protect our wild Bottlenose dolphins and our shared environment. The Dolphin Project will be hosting a dolphin program and training workshop for those interested in volunteering for dolphin research on the coasts of Georgia and lower South Carolina. There is no charge for the program/workshop which will be held on May 5 from 10 a.m. to noon at Savannah's Memorial Hospital-Mercer Education Building-Classroom 3. TDP needs skippers, team leaders, assistant team leaders and photographers with 300mm lens cameras are needed for research crews. Minimum age for research crews is 18. The Dolphin Project is an all-volunteer, non-profit research and education organization dedicated to the protection of wild Bottlenose dolphins and their environment since 1989. Youth Revival
The Jerusalem Missionary Baptist will have a Youth Revival with Rev. Paul Little as the guest minister. The theme is “There is no one like Jesus”. The event will take place at 7 p.m.  May 7-9.

RHHS Spring Concert
The Richmond Hill High School Symphonic, Concert & Jazz Bands will perform their Spring Concert at 7 p.m. May 10 at the amphitheater in J. F. Gregory Park. Pray for Rain
Pembroke Christian Church will host a weekly Prayer/Praise for Rain Service every Monday evening at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited. This service is sponsored by the North Bryan County Ministerial Association.

Volunteers needed    
The Bryan County Senior Centers are in need of volunteers to deliver meals to homebound clients from 10 a.m. to noon Monday-Friday in the Richmond Hill and Pembroke areas. For more information, call Brenda Garrett at 756-2783 in Richmond Hill or Kathy Sauls at 653-4480 in Pembroke.
      
American Legion
American Legion Post 164 meets the second uesday of each month at 8 p.m. at the Post home, located in Pembroke on Highway 280 about a half mile west of Harvey’s Grocery store. All veterans are invited to attend.
