Student earns Reinhardt honors

Aaron Avera, a junior middle grades education major from Pembroke, was recently inducted into Reinhardt University’s chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, a national college honor society.
Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society that promotes the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians. Members must complete 12 semester hours of history with a grade-point average of at least a 3.1, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and be in the top 35 percent of their class.
