Richmond Hill High School student Mitchell Gramazio received the Junior Rotarian award at a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill.
“Mitchell Gramazio not only achieves a very high place in the honor roll, but also sings in the choir and is a member of our band, represented our school in the Odyssey of the Mind contest, is a member of the Catholic church, acts in local theater productions and works at McDonald’s,” RHHS Principal Helen Herndon said.
“To say that he has the work ethic is an understatement, and he is a real credit to our community and his family.”
“The Rotary Club of Richmond Hill is delighted to acknowledge Mitchell’s achievements and those of his school,” local Rotary Club President Bill Eberlein said.
“We know that Mitchell is one of the best pupils in one of Georgia’s best schools, and we congratulate the Richmond Hill High School on their recent Platinum Award, given only to the top schools in our state.”
