The Richmond Hill High School choruses received top honors at the Large Group Performance Evaluation held March 20-21 at Armstrong Atlantic State University.
The students performed two prepared pieces and then had a sight reading evaluation.
Both the women's chorus and the mixed chorus received superior ratings, the highest awarded.
Chorus director Jamie Hillen said that it was the first time he has had straight superiors for both choruses.
The choruses were scheduled to compete at the Southern Star Music Festival on April 5 in Atlanta.
