Moving into the new RHMS

It’s a big year for Bryan County Schools, especially in Richmond Hill, where students in grades 6-8 will be moving into the brand new middle school.

With growth in mind, the new Richmond Hill Middle School is nearly 200,000 square feet for the students and staff to spread out.

Parents and students can get a look at the new facility, as well as meet with teachers and other officials, from 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 2 during the school’s open house.

Richmond Hill Middle is located directly off of Belfast River Road — about 9 miles east of Richmond Hill on Highway 144 on the right.

The roadway for the new Richmond Hill Middle School is on the right (directly across from Bodaford Road).
