Personal Background

My husband, Jim, and I were born in Illinois and have been married 41 years. We have three children Jason, Jennifer, and Jonathan. Jason is a science teacher and coach at Middletown High School in Middletown, Ohio. He is also completing his requirements to be a commissioned officer in the Ohio Army National Guard. Jennifer is a Captain in the Army Reserve, recently completed her Juris Doctor, and is looking forward to serving in the Army Reserve and the civilian sector as an attorney. Jonathan is completing his studies at The Ohio State University. He is contemplating a career in the financial field. Jim and I moved to Savannah five years ago, after retiring, because of the rich history, beauty and wonderful winter weather offered in this remarkable city. Savannah also provides me opportunities to explore my leisure time activities of cooking, music, and watching outdoor events all year long.
