Avery Waters of Richmond Hill High School was recently honored as the December Junior Rotarian by the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill.

Nominees are chosen for their work ethic, dedication and service to the community and nominated by the high school.

Waters is a senior and a member of the RHHS cross country team.
