Students, faculty and staff at Richmond Hill High School will soon see a new face gracing the hallways. The Bryan County Board of Education on Thursday named Debi McNeal the school's new principal.

The action was taken following closed session to discuss personnel during the board's regular meeting at the school system's central office in Black Creek.

“I am pleased to recommend Miss McNeal as the RHHS principal.  She is an exceptional instructional leader who has the capacity to take RHHS to the next level,” Superintendent Paul Brooksher said in a press release issued late Thursday.

Miss McNeal comes to Richmond Hill High School from North Oconee High School, where she is currently an assistant principal for instruction.
