Richmond Hill’s Rick Mitchell, a middle infielder on the East Georgia State College baseball team, has signed with Louisiana State University Shreveport to continue his collegiate playing career.
Mitchell will graduate from East Georgia State College in May with an associate degree in criminal justice and psychology.
