Richmond Hill High School improved to 3-0 in Region 2A-AAAA with an exciting, hard fought 7-6 win over Brunswick. The Wildcats finally found their hitting stroke by collecting 16 hits and scored in the bottom of the sixth for the winning margin. Peyton Cater drove in the winning run and also saved the game on the mound for winner Ryan Esenwein.
Carter threw a 1-2-3 seventh and went 3-for-3 at the plate. J.R.
Van Allen lost in a complete game effort. RHHS next plays at home against Glynn Academy on Tuesday.
