Bryan County’s home football game against Toombs County, originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday, has been moved to Oct. 6 at 7:30 p.m., according to Athletic Director Keith Wright. Oct. 6 was originally to be a bye week for the Redskins.

Wright said Bryan County softball is still scheduled to host Bacon County at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

There has been no announcement yet on Bryan County’s game against McIntosh County Academy, which was called off last week due to Hurricane Irma. Since MCA is not a Region 2-AA opponent, it is possible that the game will not be made up.

No announcement yet has been made regarding Richmond Hill athletics resuming, although Athletic Director Mickey Bayes said discussions with opponents are ongoing.
