On Saturday, six wrestlers from the Richmond Hill Youth Wrestling Club earned five medals in a unique tournament held at Toombs County Middle School.
The tournament is called the Tour of Georgia and it's put together by Team Georgia, the governing body of Georgia wrestling.
The Tour consists of six tournaments held between December and February in different areas of the state.
The medals are shaped like the geography of the different areas, and the goal is for wrestlers is to compete in all six tourneys, medal in all six and place them together to make the shape of Georgia.
The concept is evidently a popular one. More than 400 wrestlers packed into Toombs Middle School for the Southeast stop of the Tour of Georgia series.
