The 912 area code, featuring Southeast Georgia, has become more prominent on the recruiting scene in recent years.

Many national programs, in addition to regional ones, have made scouting the coastal portion of the Peach State a major priority. Beaches, farms and swamps, the 912 has produced a number of accomplished student-athletes.
