Letter to the editor: Atlanta’s participation in charade a shame
LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Editor,

I’m ashamed of my state’s involvement in this charade against President Trump. Atlanta is nothing more than a cesspool of the magnitude of Washington D.C.

Corruption is rampant in the entire country and the deep state is trying desperately to eliminate the advancement of an outsider. The entire swamp has spent several years now looking for and fabricating wrong doings against 45, so if there was anything there they’d already have used it.

Our nation has to step up quickly to reestablish rule of law under our constitution. The dictatorial regime now in power has only one goal to fundamentally change America, period.

By our own constitution we’re allowed to try and prosper as individuals with hard work and determination it separates us from the rest of the world. But the utopia created by our congress in D.C. has grown and expanded beyond its original purpose.

We have to take back control and dramatically reduce the size of the monstrosity machine rapidly growing every year.

We can’t reduce our deficit without reducing the size of government just like any private sector corporation looking to reduce spending during hard times.

Employees and their benefits are the largest financial burden for continued prosperity when the going gets tough it’s the fastest way to try and reduce overhead to return to profitability.

Government isn’t even efficient at all it creates agencies that actually takes taxpayers money from any project to promote itself and expand it becomes a permanent burden that never goes away.

Congress has to regain the trust of the American people by doing what they were intended to do under the Constitution.

Oversight and accountability from all sectors of government with every tax dollar being accounted for.

And all spending should be restricted to boundaries within the framework of our constitution.

Just as Pogo says, we have met the enemy and it is us. Our government is using doublespeak and liberal interpretation of words to justify conclusions they want. Government works from both ends of the spectrum to accomplish their objectives.

When it has subdued the wealthy their only target left is those on the bottom rung. Us. We will either be subservient to it or subdued. Or take back control of our republic in the near future.
