The Richmond Hill annual Chili Cook-off was held Friday evening at J.F. Gregory Park.

The cook-off starts the city's holiday festivities. The parade is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, and a "Starving Artist" art show follows at Station Xchange from noon to 4 p.m. The Ogeechee Boat Parade begins at 6:30 p.m., and the evening comes to a close with fireworks just after the flotilla.
