The Pembroke Downtown Development Authority will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, at Pembroke City Hall.   
The guest speaker will be Chris Higdon, Energy Program manager for Georgia Cities Foundation. Higdon will address the Green Communities Fund, a Georgia Cities Foundation downtown loan program that addresses energy efficiency. Downtown business owners are invited to attend. Dinner will be served.
