More than 100 cyclists from across the region rode down Hwy. 17 to Game Changers Bike and Multisport Tuesday afternoon as part of a non-competitive ride for military veterans and first responders.

The Richmond Hill business was a lunch stop for the seven-day ride that started in Jacksonville. Riders finish the 500-mile journey in Atlanta.

UnitedHealthcare sponsors the program, called Ride 2 Recovery Beaches to Peaches Challenge, as a form of group therapy for military veterans and first responders.
