Local grocery stores are still open today if you need items for evacuation or plan to ride out Hurricane Irma at home.

Publix is open until 10 p.m. tonight and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, but will be closed at least Sunday and Monday.

Kroger will close at 9 p.m. tonight but said they are unsure about any further hours.

A manager at Food Lion said the store would close by 10 p.m. tonight and remain closed “until it is safe to return.”

Harveys in Pembroke is open until 10 p.m. tonight and will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, but they are unsure beyond that.
