Arthur Leong and Patricia Joyce of Richmond Hill recently ran into U.S, Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Ga., on the East Lawn of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., during a rally about immigration reform.
Like the Joyces, Kingston believes current laws must be enforced before new immigration reform is advanced and that amnesty is not an option.
