Patricia Ann Collins was sentenced today to seven years "to serve" followed by eight years probation for vehicular homicide.

Collins pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide in the June 2012 death of Bryan County Depty Sgt. Robert “Bobby” Warren Crapse.

She was charged in September 2012 with vehicular homicide and other charges for driving the wrong way on I-95 when she crashed head on into Crapse.

A Georgia State Patrol toxicology report found that Collins had a blood alcohol content of 0.139 on the night of the crash. It is illegal in Georgia to drive with a BAC above 0.08.
