Among the items on the agenda for tonight's Richmond Hill City Council meeting is an expected vote on plans for a proposed Family Dollar store at the corner of Mulberry Drive and Highway 17.

The matter was tabled at the March 6 meeting after council member Russ Carpenter said a traffic study was needed to determine how the store and additional traffic might impact that area.

Also on the agenda is a discussion about purchasing the property known as Colonial Marsh, located behind Sterling Creek Subdivision.

The council is also scheduled to hear a presentation from Russ Hightower with Waste Management regarding a city-wide recycling program.

The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. in City Hall.
