Richmond Hill Mayor Harold Fowler and the city council recognized three Eagle Scouts at Tuesday's city council meeting.

At the meeting held in City Hall, Fowler presented a resolution from the council to brothers and Eagle Scouts of Troop 400 Nathan Martinez, Philip Martinez and Andrew Martinez for their work to attain the rank of Eagle Scout.

The trio recieved a standing ovation from all attendees at the meeting.
