The Lady Redskin softball team played and lost two games at the Elite Eight state tournament in Columbus, thus ending their season.

The Lady Redskins fell 7-3 Thursday evening to Gordon Lee High School.

Samantha Howard slammed a home run and Taylor Stanfield nailed a two-run double for BCHS.

In the loser’s bracket Friday, Savannah Country Day beat the Lady Redskins 6-1.
