An Ellabell woman was one of three people arrested Tuesday by the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team after what the agency called “three independent drug investigations.”

Jennifer Schuman, 40, was arrested in a Pooler motel late Tuesday night, the agency said.

During a search of Schuman’s hotel room, a large amount of methamphetamine and items commonly associated with the distribution and use of controlled substances were located, according to a CNT press release. Also seized were two BB handguns that resembled actual firearms.

Schuman was wanted by CNT for trafficking methamphetamine at the time of her arrest.
