Sawyer Reed graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morehouse School of Medicine on May 17, 2025. 

He received 9 awards, including the Louis M Sullivan Award, for outstanding academic excellence. Sawyer was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society in 2024.

He graduated from Richmond Hill High School in 2012, Georgia College in 2016 and South University in 2018, PA-C. 

He began his residency in surgical urology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in July.
