Bryan County COVID-19 cases confirmed by the Coastal Health District at 3 p.m. Wednesday: 

Cases last two weeks: 675 

Confirmed cases total: 4,043 

Total population: 39,137

 Cases per 100K: 10,330

 Cases per 100K last two weeks: 1,725

 Deaths: 41 confirmed, 3 probable

 Hospitalizations: 250

Bryan County Schools COVID-19 numbers for Aug. 23-17:

• Elementary schools (6): 78 positive students/staff out of 5,159 total population in six schools, a ratio of .0015.

• Middle schools (2): 79 positive students/staff out of a total population of 2,588 in two schools, a .030 positivity ratio.

• High schools (2): 58 positive students/staff out of a population of 3,355 at two high schools, a .019 ratio.
