After 18 years with Bryan Bank and Trust in Richmond Hill and almost 40 years as a teller, Pat Moore recently joined her husband, Teddy, as a retiree.
“Pat Moore set the standard for superior customer service as a teller at Bryan Bank for the past 18 years,” said Jimmy Burnsed, Bryan Bank founder and COO.
“Her window had a long line of loyal customers at all times,” he continued. “It was not unusual to see customers waiting to have her handle their transaction when other windows were available.
“She was an example and inspiration to all of us in taking care of the customer.”
