Three area teens have been arrested in connection with the shooting death Saturday of a man outside of a Pembroke store.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) said three men are behind bars in the Bryan County Jail; 18-year-old Malik Pridgen of Pembroke, 18-year-old Keondre Howard of Pembroke, and 18-year-old Rakeem Gibbs of Savannah. The three have been charged with felony murder and aggravated assault.
Authorities said 17-year-old Michael Smith (no address given) was the victim of a drive-by shooting outside of the Napa Auto Parts. Smith was taken to Memorial Hospital in Savannah where he later died.
