Oct. 28: “Picasso for a Night” Adult Painting Class - Local artist Carol Hartley hosts this event, designed for any experience level. Halloween PAW-rade -
Pets can get in on the Halloween fun with this costume parade in Habersham Village Shopping Center (corner of Habersham and 61st streets, Savannah). From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the event will feature parade, adoption fair, pet costume contest, silent auction and more. The Block Party - First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill (9148 Ford Ave.) will host an evening of “carnival-style fun and games.” From 5-8 p.m., families and children (up to 6th grade) are invited for hay rides, face painting, live music and more. Costumes are welcomed. From 8:30 - 11:30 p.m., youth from grades 6-12 are invited for “extreme fun,” like a dunk tank, tug of war, Jell-O bobbing, music, and more. Halloween Movie Marathon - Head to Savannah’s Muse Arts Warehouse (703D Louisville Rd.) for 12 hours of “rare horror masterpieces” in honor of Halloween.
