Feb. 24, 26, 26: SBCR Get Fit and Have Fun  — From 10:30 a.m.-noon every Tuesday and Thursday, Get Fit and Have Fun at the Rec Gym on Timber Trail.

Feb. 20
Georgia’s Arbor Day — The Richmond Hill Garden Club will celebrate Georgia’s Arbor Day by holding a memorial service at 11 a.m. in the garden-club section of Henderson Park, located behind the county administrative building off Highway 144.  They will honor long-time member Barry McElveen, who passed away last fall, by dedicating a Savannah holly tree to him.

Feb. 21
Friends of the Library Book Sale — From 11 a.m.-3 p.m., the Friends of the Richmond Hill Library will hold a book sale on Saturday, Feb. 21 at the library on Ford Avenue. All types of books — fiction and nonfiction — will be available at bargain prices.  

Feb. 23-24
Pickleball — The South Bryan County Recreation Department has pickleball from 10 a.m.-noon Monday and Wednesday at the Rec Gym on Timber Trail.

Feb. 24
Girls on the Run, Spring 2015 — The next 10-week installment of the after-school program, “Girls on the Run, Spring 2015,” begins Feb. 24 at J.F. Gregory Park. Runs are held from 4-5:30 p.m. every Tuesday at the park. Register at www.girlsontherun-ga.org.

Feb. 25
Tanger Outlets Job Fair — Dust off that resume and make plans for 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Coastal Georgia Center for the Tanger Outlets Job Fair. Meet with representatives from Tanger Outlets and our brand-name retailers and learn what it would be like to work at Tanger Outlets Savannah.
