School physicals offered to military children

Children 4 years and older entering Georgia schools for the first time or who have been out of the school system for a year must have health screenings.
Screenings include hearing and vision tests, dental exams, immunizations and sports physicals (require separate appointment).
Screenings will be held from 8 a.m. Aug. 21 at Winn Army Community Hospital's Outpatient Area and from 8 a.m. to noon Aug. 21 at Tuttle Army Health Clinic.

Parents are asked to bring shot records and I.D.
