Garden club makes monthly designations
The yard of John and Paula Morris at the corner of Freeman Drive and Tony Branch Road in Black Creek is the Yard of the Month for August from the Pembroke Garden Club. John Morris does the yard work, and the yard is well groomed and has lovely knock-out roses, crepe myrtle and several islands with such touches as deer, chickens, a bench, bird bath and an old wash pot filled with plants.
