Free performance to highlight Golden Rule
Librarys Summer Reading Program continues

Bryan County Public Libraries will host a free performance by Will Keating, the “Golden Ruler” at 10:30 a.m. June 28 at the Bryan County Elementary School cafeteria, 250 Payne Drive in Pembroke.

Keating puts on an interactive and engaging show that demands audience – including parents – participation.  This variety show features two puppet plays, ventriloquism, live music and topic discussion, including concepts such as the Golden Rule, sharing and friendship.

This performance will only be in Pembroke. There will be no performance June 28 in Richmond Hill.

The libraries’ Summer Reading Program “Build a Better World” continues. It’s not too late to sign up to read 10 book or read for 10 hours to receive a prize. Book/activity logs for preschoolers through Grade 12 available at the libraries in Pembroke and Richmond Hill.
