Have you ever needed a hug?

Arie Moyal believes the answer is "yes," which is why he founded "Hug Train USA." Arie takes a six-week tour across the United States simply to give out hugs to strangers who need them.

He holds a poster that reads "Free Hugs," inviting people from all walks of life to share in an embrace. "I wanted to live in a world where hugs were freely available, and support was there, and people didn't feel alone or isolated," he said.

Moyal explains that people are interacting more and more through their phones or devices and lack in actual human contact. People need each other. We need touch and love.

"Something as small as a hug can make a really big difference."

According to Huffington Post, hugs really are beneficial to our health.
