August wedding date set for Smith, Eure

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Smith of Richmond Hill are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jocelyn Corrie to Chaz Brett Eure, son of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Harbison and Mr. Daniel Eure.

Jocelyn is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Woods of Midway and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Smith of Savannah.

Brett is the grandson of Mrs. Elizabeth Eure of Ames, Iowa and the late Mr. John Eure, the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kiene of Savannah, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Mark Harbison of Savannah.

The bride elect is a 2001 graduate of Memorial Day School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University where she earned a degree in information systems. She was also a member of Phi Mu Sorority and GSU co-ed cheerleading. Jocelyn is currently employed by Advanced Business Software as a software consultant.

Brett is a 2001 graduate of Memorial Day School and a 2007 Graduate of Georgia Southern University where he earned a degree in public relations. Brett is currently employed by Amusement Pros as a technician.

The wedding will be held on August 2, at Isle of Hope United Methodist Church.

Deborah and Glynn Lovett of Swainsboro would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kaci Lyn Lovett, to James Christopher Carter of Swainsboro. James is the son of David and Lisa Walker of Stillmore, Ga., and Curtis and Gloria Carter of Ellabell.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob Lovett, Linda Wilkerson and George Archer, all of Swainsboro.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late W.H. Carter and Joy Winter and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Williamson.
The wedding will take place Saturday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m. at the home of the bride’s sister, Heather Peebles, in Swainsboro.
No local invitations sent. Family and friends are invited to attend.
The couple will reside in Swainsboro.
