Valdosta State University recently announced that six students from Richmond Hill earned the status of dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester: Ariana Bryant, Melissa Hundley, Zachary Taylor, Emily Vaught, April Ward and Kaitlin White.
Students who achieve a semester grade-point average of 3.50 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional GPA of 3.00 or higher are recognized with placement on the dean’s list.

Belmont University
Tracy Casaday of Richmond Hill qualified for the fall 2013 dean’s list at Belmont University.
Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade-point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.

Brewton-Parker College
Lauren Elizabeth Simerly of Richmond Hill qualified for the dean’s list at Brewton-Parker College for the fall 2013 semester.
Qualifying students were enrolled in 12 or more hours and earned a grade-point average of 3.6 or better.

Piedmont College
Brian L. Strahan of Richmond Hill was named to the dean’s list at Piedmont College after completing the recent fall semester with a grade-point average of 3.5 to 3.99.
