BCH falls short on AYP

After failing to meet federally imposed graduation rates for the second straight year, Bryan County High School will offer students the option of transferring to Richmond Hill High School.
The option to transfer was announced to parents in a July 12 letter from principal Harold Roach.AYP results were released to the media Monday. 
Bryan County High School was the only school in Bryan County not to make AYP in 2010, but wasn’t the only area high school to get bad news from the Georgia Department of Education.
