The Varsity Lady Wildcats went 14-15 during the 2010 season placing third in the south division of Region 2-AAAA.
The Lady Wildcats ended up playing the second seed of the north division, South Effingham, in the Regional Playoffs.

To mark the end of the season, members of both teams received awards during a recent sports banquet.
The 2010 varsity awards are as follows: Lauren Simerly, MVP; Lauren, PRC; Cheyenne Marsh Simerly, Defensive Award; Trisha Jennings, Offensive Award; Lauren Davis, Coach’s Award; and Karysa Ventura, Wildcat Award.
The 2010 junior varsity awards are as follows: Sydney Sanders, Defensive Award; Kaylee Vaughn, Offensive Award; Christy Davenport, Coach’s Award; and Erin Morrissey, Future Wildcat.
