Richmond Hill High School (23-4) won Friday's Region 2-AAAAAA basketball championship with a 60-45 win over Glynn Academy in Brunswick.

In the girls' tournament, the Lady Wildcats fell to Bradwell in the consolation bracket.

The Wildcats will be a No. 1 seed and host a home game when the Georgia High School Association state Class AAAAAA tournament gets under way Feb. 14.

The Lady Wildcats will be a No. 4 seed in the girls' tourney.
