It took half a season but Mitchell Curry’s Wildcat baseball team is finally playing like the team he had envisioned as region champs. They may fall a game short of that goal but at least in the quirky system of region 3-AAA tie-breakers they have already clinched second place in the region and will host their first home state playoff series in the first round starting May 7.
