Nov. 25: United Way Turkey Trot - Support the United Way of the Coastal Empire by participating in or volunteering for the annual Turkey Trot 5K run/walk in Daffin Park (1401 E. Victory Dr., Savannah). Children can run in the Kids K or Diaper Dash, and there will be food, family activities and awards following the races. Silent Auction opening -
Richmond Hill Public Library’s Common Threads group will host a silent auction of unique handmade items perfect for giving this holiday season. Each item will have a closing date and time. Stop by the library to place your bids and learn more. All proceeds from the auction will benefit American Cancer Society/Relay for Life Richmond Hill.

American Girl Club - Young girls are invited to bring their favorite American Girl doll and attend story time (complete with an activity related to the time period of this month’s American Girl) from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the Richmond Hill Public Library. Wildcats compete in 7-on-7 football

On June 13, the Richmond Hill Wildcats football team competed at a 7-on-7 football camp hosted at Statesboro by Georgia Southern’s football program. Various other high school programs in the southeast Georgia region were in attendance.
