Tyler Steptoe of Richmond Hill recently stormed back to claim victory at Hurricane Junior Golf Tour's Charleston National Junior Shootout in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.  Steptoe was tied for the lead after a first round 79 on the extremely difficult par 72 layout.  A rough start on the second day found him 4 strokes down after the first three holes.  Tyler pulled it together to shoot 1 under par the rest of the way including a 2 under 34 on the back nine to secure his second win of the summer on the HJGT.
