Richmond Hill High School beat visiting Valdosta 16-14 on Friday night in the third round of the state Class AAAAAA football playoffs.
The Wildcats (9-3) made history with the win, advancing to the football semifinals for the first time.
Richmond Hill will play Allatoona next weekend.
