Richmond Hill, Bryan County take victories

Richmond Hill cruised to their second straight victory with a 46-12 over the visiting Savannah High School.(0-2).
Wildcat junior quarterback Dominique Allen ran for a touchdown on the second play from scrimmage to open the scoring and would add one more rushing and three touchdowns passing to lead the Wildcats domination of the visiting Blue Jackets. Allen threw for 205 yards and rushed for 146 in the game. The defense was led by senior Trevor Thomas with 3 solo tackles and 2 assists. Seniorr Kyle Greening had 2 solos and a fumble recovery.

Bryan County acumulated 143 rushing yards and 80 yards passing in their 28-0 shutout over Jenkins County High School.

Liberty County hosted McIntosh County Academy and sent them home with a goose egg defeating the Buccaneers 28-0. Within the first three minutes of the game senior Panther running back Shadrach Thornton rushed for 95 yards and a touch down. Thronton had 3 touchdowns before resting out in the fourth quarter. The final touchdown came from Andre Haggray on a 5 yard run. The Panther defense was led by Raekwon McMillan, Melvin King Anthony Dabson and Rodney Goffney.

In a penalty plagued game by both teams Bradwell's defense held a tough Charlton County team to low scores. The Indians did walk away with the win at Olvey Field beating the Tigers 22-14. Both teams combined for 38 penalties totalling 336 yards in a game that lasted three hours and 10 minutes. The Tigers' two touchdowns came from last week's Player of the Week Quonte Haggray. He rushed for 88 yards on 18 carries. His longest gain was a 38 yard run. Tiger quarterback Myrese Cobb was 6 of 25 for 66 yards and 2 interceptions in the loss.

At Veterans' field in Long County the Blue Tide lost in overtime to Southeast Bulloch 27-21.
