Richmond Hill High School defensive back Avion Smith and linebacker John Dunivan signed letters of intent on Wednesday, May 20 to play college football at Ferrum College and LaGrange College, respectively. 

Both players were key members of the Wildcats’ surprising run to the Class AAAAAA semifinals last season.

The ceremonies were held in their own front yards due the COVID-19 pandemic.

 Family, coaches and friends attended to celebrate while social distancing, according to coaches.
