Pembroke Lions to host golf tourney
Fundraiser to benefit locals, Georgia Camp for the Blind

The Pembroke Lions Club will host a golf tournament Saturday, Nov. 20 at Black Creek Golf Club to benefit the sight impaired locally and the Georgia Camp for the Blind and the Georgia Lions Lighthouse foundation.
The golf fundraiser tournament is set up for a four person scramble. Entry fee is $100 per player or $400 per team. Hole sponsorships cost $100. If teams register by Saturday, Nov. 13, they will receive a $25 discount.
The deadline to register is Friday, Nov. 19. Check-in the day of the tournament begins at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and golfing begins at 12:30 p.m. Lunch is included in the tournament fee.
Awards will be presented at the conclusion of play. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place, for men’s longest drive, closest to the pin and a chipping contest.
